How do I return an item?
STOP
Product must be inspected on delivery. DO NOT let driver leave without inspecting mailbox for any damages. If damages are found and mailbox is unacceptable you must reattach mailbox to pallet and refuse shipment, returning it with driver.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your
purchase of one of our World Famous Dolphin & Manatee Mailboxes.
However if there is a problem or damage to the product please follow the
return policy instructions and contact us immediately.

RETURNS
If your mailbox is shipped to you, it is the customers
responsibility to inspect product for any damages. DO NOT let the driver
leave without inspecting your shipment. If product is damaged REFUSE
shipment and return with driver. DO NOT let driver leave without damaged
product.
Due to the cost of shipping, any mailboxes returned for any other reason
than damage caused by freight company will be the responsibility of the
customer. We will REFUND the cost of the mailbox itself. The CUSTOMER
is responsible for all shipping cost outbound and return shipping. ONLY
the amount of the item itself will be refunded. All REFUNDS will be made
within 7 – 10 days of approval. Refunds will be made in the form of a
check issued by Tiki Bar Stuff, Inc.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item. Place on shipping pallet and wrap with plastic
wrap (available at Home Depot). Securely attach mailbox to pallet with
plastic wrap so mailbox is securely fastened to pallet.
Contact Southeastern Freight Lines or a carrier of your choice and
return the pallet to the following address:

REFUNDS
If returned for any other reason than freight damages customer is 100%
responsible for outbound and return shipping. Only the amount of the
item itself will be refunded. Tiki Bar Stuff, Inc. is in NO way
responsible for any costs associated with shipping or processing
unauthorized returns or authorized returns for any other reason than
damage itself. Which must be reported to freight company and refuse
delivery and return with driver.
After receiving your returned mailbox and inspecting its condition, we
will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days for your return
to be processed and refund issued. Refund will be issued in the form of a
check from Tiki Bar Stuff, Inc.
